Candle Care
To enjoy your candle safely and extend its life, please follow these simple tips:
- Trim the wick to 1/4" before each burn to prevent smoke and soot.
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn to avoid tunneling.
- Burn time: Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a stretch.
- Safety first: Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface and never leave it unattended.
- Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
- Extinguish properly using a snuffer or by gently dipping the wick into melted wax.
Shipping Policy
Within India
We offer Free Shipping on all products throughout India for prepaid orders.
The dispatch time is 3-4 days with delivery typically taking 2-3 days after dispatch for Delhi(NCR) and 4-5 days for the rest of India.
This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us.
Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
